An email from Gary I just got not to long ago:

Raven,

You will never believe what happen to me down here in Heaven's waiting room. I was going to the Derby Lane Greyhound Race track yesterday and when I arrived there it was apparently senior citizen day. So there were just busloads of senior citzens, it was like a sea of grey. So as I get out of my van and start walking up to the gate and a very nice old lady approached me and asked me if I could help her get something down on her bus, I said sure and introduced myself, she said her name was Ima Cocgobler, which now should have been a sign of the horrible things to come. As I entered the bus, I walked up the steps and turned the corner only to see about 10 to 15 old women wearing nothing but their head scarfs and smiles. I turned to run but the door closed and one grandma locked the door to keep it from opening. I stood there silent and motionless and then at once it was like a swarm of Metimucil users and the sound, my god the sound. Do you know what it sounds like when a swarm of older ladies start chomping their gums together? I still hear it in my sleep. The all jumped me, my clothes went flying. I was poked by walkers, cane's, and even got ran over by one of those electric wheelchairs. I tried to scream but they wrapped their stocking around my mouth. They did things you only see in movies, and not regular movies, but those movies I go see behind the alley. It was the longest 37 hours of my life. When I awoke from my self-induced coma and finally pulled the can off Ensure from my rear-end I put back on my tattered clothes and headed to my car.
